Maxine's BDs: Paris, Part 1
...Where Maxine arrives in Paris on Bastille Day...
This is hilarious. I love the cobblestones and how your sketch reminded me of how horrible it is to drag luggage thru a city. Great sketches!! I'm off to read parts 2 and 3.
"BD" means "comics" in French; this is where I will tell my alter-ego's (mis)adventures, aka "Maxine's Comics."
Why the name "Maxine"?
Many years ago, when I had some bookwriting ambitions, I thought that "Maxine Sellers" would be a really cool pen name... Surely, any person named Maxine would be smart, efficient, self-confident, even successful... (There is no relation between this comics and another series with a similar name.)
This was super!
